Marv Albert born on June 12, 1941 is a sportscaster. He has a typical height of 5 feet 6 inches. He is also referred as "the voice of basketball" for the work he has done as a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame. He was also known as "the voice of the New York Knicks" from 1967 till 2004. He now works under Turner Sports as a lead announcer for the NBA games on TNT.

In addition to basketball, he has also been announcing a variety of sports such as American football, horse racing, ice hockey, boxing, and tennis. He has also called NBA Finals, the play-by-play of six Super Bowls and seven Stanley Cup Finals. He also worked as a reporter and co-host for two World Series (1986 and 1988).
